The bill (Reg. No.7098) amends the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Law "On the Lease of Public and Municipal Property" and the Decree of the Cabinet of Minister of Ukraine "On Register of the Property Complexes of the State Enterprises, Organizations and their Structural Subdivisions, the Lease or Privatization of which is prohibited."
The amendments harmonize the provisions of these legislative acts and improve legal regulation of lease relations, setting the competitive principles of public and municipal property lease and specifying its assessment.
The committee members declared that the bill regulated the competitive principles of public and municipal property lease, introducing preliminary demand analysis for these objects and making public the register of the objects not subject to the leasing procedure."
The Law also is supplemented by the provisions determining the objects prohibited to be leased.
